Your apartment will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival until 10am on your day of departure. Should you have any special requests regarding check-in and/or check-out time, please let us know in advance so that we can satisfy your request wherever possible.

Ski and bike depot
Les Pares has a secure, protected depot for skis, bicycles and sports equipment, complete with lockers and boot dryer.

Children
A child bed complete with linens is available for our youngest guests.

Charging stations
EV charging stations are available at our on-site car park.

Pets cannot be brought into Les Pares. Thank you for your cooperation.

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. We do not allow parties or private events to be held at Les Pares, and guests are kindly asked to respect the peace and quiet of others, particularly during nighttime hours.

We kindly ask guests to always ensure that the door to their own apartment is closed, as well as the main entrance door to the building.

Rates
Rates are per apartment per day, and include complimentary toiletries, kitchen utensils, bed and bath linens, and a parking space in our covered carpark. Use of the fitness area is included in the rate; the sauna must be booked in advance, subject to a surcharge of €40 per apartment.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €2.30 per person per night and will be charged when you pay for your booking. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

Occupancy
A surcharge of €125 per night will be applied for any additional guests in the apartment.

Cancellation policy:

The following cancellation policy applies at Les Pares:
• Up to 31 days before your arrival date, you may cancel free of charge.
• Up to 30 days before arrival, you will be charged 90% of the total amount.

We recommend you take out adequate travel insurance to avoid penalties should you cancel your trip. We recommend the "Europäische Reiseversicherung” policy, which you can take out online at the following website: https://www.europaeische.at/

Cleaning
Your apartment will be cleaned halfway through your stay, for week-long bookings. Additional cleaning is available, subject to an extra charge. Guests are asked to maintain the overall cleanliness of the apartments and common areas, and to place rubbish in the bins provided.

Recycling
Recycling containers are available in the car park. Please follow the rules to separate out your rubbish correctly: paper, PET plastic, glass, metal and organic waste.

Use of the fitness area is included in the rate; the sauna must be booked in advance, subject to a surcharge of €40 per apartment. Please follow the rules set out at the following link. This area is open from 4pm to 8.30pm. In summer, the sauna will be opened upon request; the fitness area can be accessed at any time.
